Cloud Hosting Addition of Modules, Devices, Licensing Software for Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation

The School Education & Literacy Department Government of Sindh through its Reform Support Unit (RSU) invites experienced and reputable firms to participate in the procurement of Cloud Hosting services. This tender concerns the addition of new modules, devices, other items, and licensing of software specifically for the Directorate of Monitoring & Evaluation in Karachi. Items being procured: - Cloud Hosting services - Addition of new Modules - Devices - Other related Items - Licensing of Software The procurement will be conducted electronically via the SPPRA Portal using the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelope Method as per Rule 46(2) of Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (Amended/up to date). Bidders must be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities and possess relevant experience. Tender fee is PKR 3,000/- non-refundable payable via Pay Order or demand draft. A Bid Security of Rs. 4,200,000/- (fixed) is required in the form of pay order/demand draft from any scheduled bank in Pakistan or foreign bank counter guaranteed by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring the Chief Program Manager, Reform Support Unit. The bid security must be delivered to the office of the Chief Program Manager at Bungalow No. 47-E, 48th Street, PECHS, Block-06, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, and remain valid for 90 days beyond the bid validity period. Bidding documents are available for download from e-PADS (https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/) from 17th August 2026 till 31st August 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted unless submitted electronically first. The deadline for submission is 31st August 2026 at 01:15 pm, with technical bids opening the same day at 01:45 pm in the committee room of RSU at the above address. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to SPPRA Rules 2010 (Amended). In case of public holidays or unavoidable circumstances, bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is fully registered with FBR and other relevant authorities and that your bid security is prepared exactly as specified to avoid disqualification.
