The equipment must meet the technical specifications outlined in Annex-A. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, provide bid security of 2% of total bid cost in CDR/DD/Pay Order form, and comply with all terms and conditions. Payment will be made after satisfactory delivery and installation with no advance payments. Imported items require mandatory documentation including Manufacturer Authorization, CE Mark, ISO certificates, Certificate of Origin, and Warranty Guarantees. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked and delivered to NUMS by 17 September 2026 at 09:30 hours. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified bidders. Late submissions or bids sent via email/fax will not be accepted. The tender opening will be held publicly at the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi.
