Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) is inviting quotations for the procurement of a commercial delivery vehicle specifically for its LPG Plant located in Korangi, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the logistics and delivery capabilities of the LPG Plant by adding a reliable vehicle to its fleet.
The vehicle required is a Master M9 Sherpa 1200 cc or an equivalent model, locally assembled, preferably of the 2026 model year, in white color. It must include all standard accessories such as seat belts, jack, spare wheel, and a complete tool kit without any additional cost. The vehicle should have a payload capacity of 1000 KG, a 1.2 L 14 DOHC engine with a multipoint fuel injection system or equivalent, and a 5-speed manual transmission with one reverse gear. The supplier is responsible for registration, excise, fitness certificate, route permit, and third-party insurance, with payment for these services made separately after completion.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL and must provide technical literature or brochures of the quoted vehicle along with their bid. The supplier must also provide a standard manufacturer's warranty or guarantee clearly stating the duration and coverage terms. Compliance with PSO's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards during transportation and handover is mandatory. Inspection and final acceptance will be conducted by authorized PSO personnel.
The quotation submission deadline is **19th May 2026 at 2:15 PM**. Bidders should ensure that their technical and financial bids are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification. The delivery and handover of the vehicle will be at the LPG Plant Korangi.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the Earnest Money and CDR as per PSO's requirements and ensure all documentation, including technical brochures and compliance certificates, are complete and clearly presented. This will facilitate a smoother evaluation process and increase the chances of successful award.
