Construction of Access Roads to Now Potential Tourist Sites at Malakand Division

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the PADE system from eligible firms and contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 10/05/2022, under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for construction works at Malakand Division, Dir Upper. Items being procured: - Construction of road from Ashirat Gowaldal to Sarbanda Samad Shahi (5 Km) - Construction of road from Dankar Jandaray to Katora Lako (6 Km) - Construction of road Barkand Usheri to Kandaw Top (8 Km) These works involve road construction to improve access to potential tourist sites in the Malakand Division, enhancing connectivity and supporting local development. The projects require contractors with PEC category C-3 & Above. Bid security amounts range from Rs. 6,290,200 to Rs. 8,708,000, and tender fees from Rs. 93,800 to Rs. 130,000. Completion periods will be as per work orders. Bidders must submit their e-bids by 09 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:30 PM. Original bid security and tender fee must be enclosed with the technical proposal and reach the office before the closing date/time. Failure to submit original bid security will result in a one-year debarment, and repeated violations may lead to blacklisting as per KPPRA rules. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 and provide affidavits confirming no blacklisting or litigation with the C&W Division Dir Upper. Post qualification documents can be obtained from the office on cash payment of Rs. 5,000 within five days before the tender opening date. The venue for bid opening is the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division Dir Upper.
