Construction & Repair of Paving Block / CC Block at Various Places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 3)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms registered with relevant authorities for the execution of construction and repair works of paving blocks and cement concrete (CC) blocks at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, Hyderabad. This tender is specifically for Phase 3 of the project under the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation's development schemes. Items being procured: - Construction & repair of paving block / CC block at various places in UC 159 TMC Qasimabad, HMC Hyderabad (Phase 3) The technical scope includes dismantling cement concrete, earthwork for road embankment, carriage of materials, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring with specified dimensions and strength, erection and removal of centering for RCC or plain cement concrete works, and cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing, and curing. The work must be executed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided by the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), mandatory registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), valid NTN and sales tax registration certificates, minimum two similar completed works in the last two years, minimum two ongoing projects of similar nature, submission of bank statements for the last three years, affidavit on e-stamp paper regarding non-blacklisting and litigation status, availability of required technical staff and equipment, and submission of work methodology and execution plan. Tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be submitted in favor of Deposit Fund HMC via Pay Order or Call Deposit. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, favoring Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded with the electronic bid, and original instruments must be submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The bid submission deadline is 26-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM, with bid opening on the same day at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. Performance security of 10% of the contract price is required from the successful bidder. The contract period is 24 months.
