Construction of Tower Foundation and Related Works for 132 kV T/Line Murree Minhasa under IESCO System Constraints

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works under the contract titled 'NCB-248 Construction of Tower Foundation of Location No 57 alongwith erection, stringing, dismantling of existing tower of 132 kV T/Line Murree Minhasa under IESCO System Constraints and Contingencies'. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 with an estimated cost of **Rs. 4,691,860/- including PST**. The work site is located near Kashmir Chowk, close to the 132 kV Rawal Grid Station in Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0.
