Tender Description
The CWP&P&H Department District Kalat invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms for the construction of multiple blacktop roads in District Kalat, Balochistan. The works are based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up-to-date under BPPRA Rules. Interested bidders must prove their eligibility and qualification as per bidding documents.

The technical scope includes blacktop road construction at various locations within District Kalat. The estimated cost for each work is approximately Rs. 29,850,746/- with a bid security of 2% and a tender fee of Rs. 1000. Proposals can be delivered by hand or through registered mail to the office of the Executive Engineer Roads CWP&P&H Department District Kalat.
