The Public Health Engineering Division Killa Saifullah invites contractors for the construction of water supply schemes and related works in Muslim Bagh, Balochistan. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and Balochistan Revenue Authority as active taxpayers, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 in relevant categories CE09 (Solar) and EE11 (Solar Energy System). Firms must have valid electrical contractor licenses, ISO certification, and demonstrate experience with at least three similar solar-based pumping or water pumping schemes in the last two years with a minimum contract value of PKR 5 million.
