Supply and Installation of One 50 KVA Diesel Generator for Deputy Commissioner Office Kamber-Shahdadkot

The Deputy Commissioner Kamber-Shahdadkot @ Kamber invites sealed tenders through Epads for the supply and installation of a premium quality 50 KVA diesel generator for the Deputy Commissioner Office, Kamber-Shahdadkot, for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is open to authorized persons, contractors, and firms with relevant experience in generator supply and installation. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the total quoted price in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favour of the Deputy Commissioner Kamber-Shahdadkot @ Kamber. Items being procured: - One (1) 50 KVA Diesel Generator (premium/high quality standard, complete built, with factory fitted canopy) - ATS unit for 3-phase electric meter - RCC foundation for D.G. set - Installation services - Transportation - Earthing - Power cable (4 core, 16 sq mm, per meter) - Control wire (4 core, 2.5 sq mm, per meter) - Other miscellaneous charges (if any) The generator must have a Japan/UK/USA or equivalent standard engine and alternator, AMF/ATS system, and a minimum 50-litre fuel tank. A 24-month warranty from the date of installation is required. Bidders must provide a valid PEC registration certificate, proof of experience in at least three similar projects, NTN certificate, SRB registration, and an affidavit of no litigation. Financial turnover of at least Rs. 20 million per annum in the last three years and at least three purchase orders of similar nature are preferred.
