Disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for Year 2026-2027 at Rawalpindi Cantonment

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids for the disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for the financial year 2026-2027 at various locations within Rawalpindi Cantonment. This procurement is managed by the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board, located in Rawalpindi city, Punjab province. No. 22. The auction will be open for one year, and the successful bidder will be responsible for collecting parking fees strictly according to the approved rates fixed by the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with EPADS Version 2.0, appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and submit a bid security of Rs. 1,200,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after bid approval and provide post-dated cheques for the remaining eleven monthly installments. Non-compliance or default will result in forfeiture of the bid security and possible re-auctioning.
