Procurement of Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Furniture, and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2024-25

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of a wide range of electrical, mechanical, IT, furniture, and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2024-25. The procurement process will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and all interested bidders must submit their bids via the e-Procurement portal by 11:30 AM on 11 July 2024. The opening of technical bids will take place at the same time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the WAPDA office in Lahore. Items being procured: - Electrical items (various types and quantities) - Mechanical items (various types and quantities) - IT equipment and accessories (computers, printers, networking devices, etc.) - Furniture (office tables, chairs, cabinets, etc.) - Miscellaneous items (stationery, cleaning supplies, and other general use items) - Detailed item list includes: electrical cables, circuit breakers, transformers, batteries, pumps, valves, computers, printers, networking switches, office chairs, tables, steel cabinets, air conditioners, LED lights, and more as per the attached schedule in the notice. The technical scope covers supply, delivery, and installation (where applicable) of all listed items at the designated WAPDA locations. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender document. Only manufacturers, authorized distributors, or suppliers with relevant experience are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through the WAPDA e-Procurement portal.
