Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) Wah Cantt invites applications from firms and contractors registered with PEC, PTC, Income Tax and Sales Tax departments for a comprehensive range of repair and maintenance works at official government buildings. The scope of work is extensive and covers both electrification and roofing systems across multiple complaint offices and government housing units in Wah Cantt. Items being procured: - TC for repair/maintenance of electrification works at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for repair/maintenance of electrification works at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for repair/maintenance and repair/maintenance etc at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 5 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for white/colour wash, distempering, S&E painting, weather shield at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 5 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for attending works and repair/maintenance etc at West Park Houses and all govt buildings in POF Wah Cantt - TC for maintenance/repair, rectification of leakage/seepage, repair/maintenance of roofing system at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for maintenance/repair, rectification of leakage/seepage, repair/maintenance of roofing system at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for maintenance/repair, rectification of leakage/seepage, repair/maintenance of roofing system at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 5 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for maintenance/repair, rectification of leakage/seepage, repair/maintenance of roofing system at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 5 of POF Wah Cantt - TC for maintenance/repair, rectification of leakage/seepage, repair/maintenance of roofing system at official govt buildings under Complaint Office No 5 of POF Wah Cantt The technical scope includes all necessary materials, skilled labor, and tools for the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, white/colour washing, distempering, painting, weather shielding, and comprehensive roofing system repairs. The works are spread across various official government buildings and residential units managed by POF Wah Cantt. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC, PTC, and relevant tax authorities. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order is required as per the tender document. Bidders are advised to submit their sealed bids to the office of the undersigned by the specified deadline. The last date for submission is **18 July 2024**.
