LESCO (Lahore Electric Supply Company) invites sealed e-bids through E-PADs on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from renowned potential dealing firms/vendors registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of Engagement/Hiring of NCERT Registered Cyber Security Audit Firm for Compliance Audit through E-pads on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis, financed under LESCO's Local funds on FCS basis (Delivery to Consignee's Stores at Chief (IT) Officer, 132 KV Ghazi Grid Station Barki Road Lahore). Items being procured: - Engagement/Hiring of NCERT Registered Cyber Security Audit Firm for Compliance Audit Bidding documents containing detailed terms & conditions, complete specifications/drawings, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid bond/security and performance guarantee, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification/rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc., are available for interested bidders on E-PADs at www.eprocure.gov.pk and LESCO's website www.lesco.gov.pk one day before the tender opening date(s). The electronic bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must be submitted/uploaded on E-PADs portal and only Bid Bond/Guarantee shall be submitted in hard form to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore on or before the deadline. Bids will be opened through E-PADs on the same day at the aforesaid date & time.
