Procurement of Web Hosting Server for SMEDA Website

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27. SMEDA intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of Web Hosting Server for SMEDA Website with reference number P122260. Bids are invited through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the EPADS platform for provision of Non-Consultancy Services. Items being procured: - Web Hosting Server for SMEDA Website The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and instructions issued by the Authority. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper of PKR 300 as per prescribed format. E-Bidding documents including terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and SMEDA website www.smeda.org. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
