Establishment of IT Labs in 25 High & Higher Secondary Schools of District Toba Tek Singh

The District Education Authority Toba Tek Singh is inviting bids for the establishment of IT Labs in 25 High and Higher Secondary Schools across the district. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the IT infrastructure and educational facilities for students in the region. The department seeks well reputed, financially sound, and technically capable firms, suppliers, or manufacturers registered with the Income/Sales Tax Department to participate in this tender. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer, Tower/ All-in-one/ Mini PCs with LED Screen along with Keyboard, Mouse etc. (Qty: 400 units) The technical specifications for the desktop computers include Intel 13th Generation Core i5 or higher processor, Intel Chipset motherboard, 16 GB DDR or higher memory, 512 SSD or higher hard disk drive, integrated sound card, built-in Gigabit Ethernet card, 18.5 inch 1920x1080 LED monitor, integrated I/O interfaces including USB 2.0/3.0/3.1 ports, PCI/PCIe slot, HDMI/VGA port, wireless LAN supporting 802.11b/g/n/ac or WiFi 6, USB wired keyboard with 2 buttons, USB 2.0 optical mouse with scroll, Windows 11 pre-installed, and at least 1 year local warranty. Each PC will also include a UPS 650VA for backup. This procurement covers supply and installation at the school sites within Toba Tek Singh district.
