Hiring Services of Event Management Firm for FY 2026-27

Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) Lahore invites bids for hiring the services of an event management firm for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at securing professional event management services to support various activities across Punjab. Items being procured: - Venue Hall with Seating Arrangements (Anywhere in Punjab) - Canopy and Seating Arrangements (Anywhere in Punjab) - Portable Marquee (Anywhere in Punjab) - Rental Furniture Misc Items - Stage and other Allied Arrangements - Food along with Catering Services - Accommodation The scope covers comprehensive event management services including provision of venue halls, canopies, seating, portable marquees, rental furniture, stage setups, allied arrangements, catering services, and accommodation. The services will be required at multiple locations anywhere in Punjab, ensuring flexibility and wide coverage. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Registration on Punjab e-Procurement (eP) system is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial bids. Bid security amounts vary per lot, ranging from Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 1,000,000 depending on the lot. The original bid security must be delivered to the D&K Section of Punjab Education Foundation at 52-L, Gulberg-III near Kalma Chowk, Lahore by 02:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened at 02:30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration certificates, and compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bid validity period is 120 days from the closing date.
