Event Management Services for Independence Day Event 2026 at SBP Complex Karachi

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Karachi is procuring comprehensive event management services for the Independence Day Event 2026 to be held at the SBP Complex Karachi. The scope includes planning, supply, transportation, installation, operation, supervision, maintenance during the event, dismantling, and removal of materials. The successful bidders must provide all equipment, manpower, logistics, and ancillary items at their own cost. Coordination with SBP BSC focal persons is mandatory. Setup completion and dry run rehearsal are scheduled for August 13, 2026, with the event on August 14, 2026. The venue is SBP Complex Karachi.
