Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore is inviting bids for a framework contract concerning events management and arrangements. This contract specifically targets the organization of prize distribution ceremonies honoring position holder students of SSC and HSSC (1st Annual) examinations. The contract duration is set for two years, reflecting a long-term engagement for the successful bidder.

The scope of work includes comprehensive event management services at the Board’s premises located at 86 Mozang Road, Lahore. The contractor will be responsible for all logistical, organizational, and operational aspects of the ceremonies. This includes venue setup, decoration, guest management, and coordination with the Board’s officials to ensure smooth execution.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax if applicable. Registration on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) is mandatory. Bidders should be prepared to submit a bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (Rs.4,500,000) and a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount. All bids must include rates inclusive of all taxes.
The tender was published on 17-07-2026, with a closing date and time of 01-08-2026 at 1:30 PM. The technical bid opening will follow at 2:00 PM on the same day. Submission must follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per rule 38(2)(a) of PPR-2014.
