Execution of Civil Works for Financial Year 2026-27 at Nankana Sahib

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Nankana Sahib invites reputed contractors, firms, and organizations with adequate past experience and technical and managerial capabilities to participate in the execution of civil works for the financial year 2026-27. The bidding will be conducted through the PPRA E-Tendering System online, following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Items being procured: - False Ceiling Work: Gypsum Board Ceiling, complete with Metal Framing, Standard Grade - Wall Painting Work: Weather/Emulsion Paint (Interior/Exterior as required), Two Coats, Standard Grade - Wood Panelling Work: MDF/Plywood Panelling, Laminate Finish, Standard Grade - PVC Wall Panelling/PVC Wall Sheets: PVC Sheets, Standard Thickness, Complete Fixing - Wall Putty Work: POP/Wall Putty, Smooth Finish, Two Coats - Cement Plaster Work: Cement Sand Plaster, Standard Ratio (1:4), Complete Finishing - Wooden Door: Solid Wood/Flush Door, Standard Size, Complete with Frame & Fittings - Aluminium & Glass Partition: Aluminium Frame, Clear/Frosted Glass, Standard Grade - Gypsum Board Partition: Gypsum Board with Metal Framing, Standard Grade - White Washing Work: Lime/White Wash, Two Coats, Complete Finishing - Wall Plaster & Repair Work: Patch Repair with Cement Plaster, Matching Finish - Ceiling Repair Work: Repair & Restoration of Existing Ceiling, Matching Finish - Floor Repair Work: Repair of Tile/Cement Flooring, Matching Finish - Wooden Shelves: MDF/Plywood, Laminate Finish, Standard Size - Window Glass Replacement: Clear Glass, Standard Thickness, Complete Fixing All 15 items are treated as a single lot. Bidders must quote rates for each item as per PPRA rules. The contract will be awarded to the bidder quoting the lowest total evaluated cost for the complete lot. Partial awards are not permissible. The procurement will be conducted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA and Punjab E-Procurement websites. Bids must be submitted online on or before **19-09-2026** by **12:00 P.M.** Technical proposals must include bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income and sales tax purposes with an active taxpayer profile. Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will be rejected. The rate quoted must remain valid until 30th June 2027. Contractors should be prepared to execute the works/items as required during the financial year 2026-27.
