The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Arja Branch (2082) located in District Bagh, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Items being procured include: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, tile flooring, counters, glass, M.S doors, M.S grills, and other materials - Shifting and relocating of existing cash safe and wooden cabinets - Reinforced cement concrete works including R.C.C walls - Supply and installation of steel reinforcement bars - Supply and installation of a standard strong room door - Plaster work on walls - Porcelain tiles flooring and skirting - Granite on stair and main entrance podium - Vanity counters with pre-polished granite - Tempered glass doors and glass partitions - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion and weather shield paint - False ceiling and cornice installation - Teller counters and wooden drawers - Wooden hanging beams and pelmets - Imported frost paper for glass partitions - Roller blinds - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Aluminum louver shutters - Stainless steel railing - Fiber glass shade at front of ATM and verandah - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including wash basin mixers, bib cocks, stainless steel kitchen sink, toilet accessories, and water supply system with polypropylene pipes - Electrical wiring including point wiring, switch socket outlets, conduits, data/voice fixtures - Installation of LED lights, fans, exhaust fans, and power sockets - Redressing and rerouting of electrical wiring and shifting of 1.5 Ton AC unit The technical scope covers all civil, electrical, mechanical, and finishing works as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. They must be registered with FBR, Provincial Revenue Board, and Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid PEC category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted. The contract will be awarded using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The contract duration is 45 days with an expected commencement date of November 16, 2026. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract.
