Framework Contract for Rehabilitation of Municipal Infrastructure Including Manholes, Gratings, Lane Marking, and Painting of Kerbstone in Rawalpindi

Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi invites electronic bids (E-Bids) for an Annual Framework Contract for the year 2026-27, valid until 30.06.2027, covering rehabilitation of municipal infrastructure in Rawalpindi. The contract includes multiple lots for specific works under a single stage single envelope bidding procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Items being procured: - P/F RCC precast Manhole covers with 3" outer frame & 2.5" inner frame of size 2x2 - P/F RCC precast Manhole covers with 3" outer frame & 2.5" inner frame of size 3'x3' - P/F RCC precast Manhole covers with 3" outer frame & 2.5" inner frame of size 4x4 - P/F Iron grating with 3" outer frame and 2.5" inner frame making by box & flat Patti - Lane Marking of Road (Painting traffic lane marking 5" width 1.5 mm thick with thermoplastic Paint including glass beads complete in all respect) - Painting of Kerb Stone (Painting old surface of small detached articles exceeding 01 sft but not exceeding 3 sft of painted surface, 02 coats) The scope covers supply and fixing of precast RCC manhole covers of various sizes, iron gratings with specified frame dimensions, road lane marking using thermoplastic paint with glass beads, and painting of kerbstones with two coats. The contract is for one year and includes detailed specifications and quantities available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must be tax-registered firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for 2026-27. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost per lot is required, submitted electronically and as a hard copy to the office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Bids must be uploaded electronically by 11:00 AM on 22-08-2026 and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Municipal Officer. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Work orders will be issued separately for each lot as per requirement during the contract period.
