Tender Description
Municipal Committee Chakwal invites electronic bids under a Framework Procurement and Rate Contract for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for National and Cultural Events organized by the Municipal Committee Chakwal. Eligible contractors, firms, and companies registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP System), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with active taxpayer status (NTN & PNTN) are invited to participate.

The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only, following the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit their bids electronically by 12.08.2026 up to 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 is mandatory and must remain valid for at least 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
This contract covers all activities related to organizing national and cultural events, requiring bidders to have relevant experience and valid registrations. The technical scope includes compliance with all bidding document requirements and adherence to the Punjab Procurement Laws. The contract will remain valid for the entire financial year 2026-2027.
Bidders should ensure their bids are complete, free from forgery, and submitted only through the EP System. Non-responsive or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
