Items being procured: - Supply & Installation of High-Speed PVC Rolling Curtain System for Gate N12 – Main Entry Gate (11.5 ft × 16 ft) - 1 Job - Supply & Installation of High-Speed PVC Rolling Curtain System for Gate N12 – Secondary Entry Gate (10.9 ft × 14 ft) - 1 Job - Supply & Installation of PVC Curtain System for Turnstile Door (9 ft × 7 ft) - 1 - Fabrication & Installation of Supporting Structure (MS/GI Steel) for all openings - 3 - Closing of Openings Above Curtains (GI/PVC/Sandwich Panel) - 3 - Minor Civil Works & Modification of Openings as required - 3 - Testing, Commissioning & Handover - 3 The scope includes site verification, design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the high-speed PVC rolling curtains with heavy-duty transparent/reinforced PVC curtain sheets, motorized rolling mechanisms, wind-resistant guides, and safety sensors. The supporting structure will be fabricated from MS powder coated or GI steel with corrosion resistance. Control systems will include push button, remote, or sensor-based operation with emergency stop and manual override features. The project completion timeline is 3 to 4 weeks including fabrication and installation.
