Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys Rawalpindi

The Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab, through the Workers Welfare Fund, invites electronic bids from tax registered firms or companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of the Workers Welfare School Boys Rawalpindi for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28. The procurement will be conducted via the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Items being procured: - Transport services on 26 routes including Chour Depot, Mandi Mor, Lari Adda, K.T.M-1 to K.T.M-12, Usmania Colony, Gulshan-e-Khursheed, Chungi No. 25, Murree Brewery-1 to Murree Brewery-3, Banth, Zaidiar Plaza, ARL Company, Dheeman Mor, Adyala; each route with 26 seating capacity vehicles and varying distances from 5 to 70 km. The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished after 2005, with refurbished vehicles requiring a valid refurbishment certificate verified by the Regional Transport Authority or Motor Vehicle Examiner. Bids must be submitted online by 24 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and comply with all government taxes. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount is required, payable via Pay Order or CDR. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules. The Labour Welfare Office, District Rawalpindi, will serve as the cluster center for bid opening proceedings. Interested bidders should register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and ensure all documents are complete and signed. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director Labour Welfare ten days before the technical bid opening to clarify the online procurement system.
