Tender Description
Barqiyat Operation Division Muzaffarabad-II invites sealed bids for the procurement of various HT/LT line materials and transformers for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is essential for the maintenance and expansion of the electricity distribution network in Muzaffarabad. The technical scope includes supply and delivery of the above items as per the required specifications for use in the division's operational area. All items must meet the relevant standards and quality requirements. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order amounting to PKR 40,000 is mandatory with the bid. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office upon payment of PKR 2,000. The deadline for submission is 17-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
