Tender Description
The Executive Engineer PHE Division Gwadar invites eligible bidders for execution of important water supply and infrastructure works under the Balochistan Special Development Initiative for the year 2026. These works are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates and include the installation of a water bore at KIA Kalat, construction of a 5 lac gallon capacity storage tank for the Watwe supply scheme Sur Banden Sub Division Gwadar, and construction of 20 community water tanks.

The scope involves civil works related to water infrastructure development in Gwadar, including bore installation and tank construction to improve water storage and distribution. Bidders must be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and have presence in the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority is required. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature.
Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Gwadar upon payment of a tender fee of 1,000 PKR. The last date for bid submission is 02 September 2026 by 10:00 AM, with tender opening at 11:00 AM on the same day at the Deputy Commissioner Office Gwadar.
