Procurement of IT Plotter for Engineer in Chief Branch GHQ Rawalpindi

Engineer in Chief's Branch at General Headquarters Rawalpindi is seeking sealed quotations from reputed IT firms for the urgent supply of IT equipment. The requirement is for the Directorate of Research & Support (IT Cell), and the procurement is being managed by the President Local Purchase Committee. The specific item required is as follows: - Plotter (01 Nos) Detailed specifications for the plotter can be collected from the R&S Directorate (IT Cell) at Engineer in Chief Branch GHQ Rawalpindi or downloaded from the MES website (www.mes.gov.pk) free of cost. All prices quoted must remain valid until 30 June 2027. Government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment as per prescribed rules. Bidders must provide valid sales tax and income tax certificates and must be listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). In case of any delay in supply, Liquidated Damages at the rate of 1 percent per day, up to a maximum of 10 percent of the total order value, will be charged. Queries regarding the tender will only be entertained up to one week prior to the deadline. The President Local Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or make changes as per rules.
