Tender Description
The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of Lead Acid Batteries 12 Volt under tender number MNT/TE/044/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to supply high-quality batteries to the SNGPL Stores Department located at Piran Ghaib Road, Multan. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Friday, September 18, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS v2.0.

- Lead Acid Battery 12 Volt, 130-140 Ah, Quantity: 2 Numbers
- Lead Acid Battery 12 Volt, 145-165 Ah, Quantity: 3 Numbers
- Lead Acid Battery 12 Volt, 170-180 Ah, Quantity: 1 Number
- Lead Acid Battery 12 Volt, 180-200 Ah, Quantity: 6 Numbers
- Lead Acid Battery 12 Volt, 200-220 Ah, Quantity: 1 Number
These batteries must be flooded lead acid type, rechargeable, with heavy duty top terminals, acid resistant polypropylene containers, heavy duty lead alloy plates, and dilute sulphuric acid electrolyte. They should operate efficiently between -15°C to +50°C, have a minimum service life of 3 years under normal conditions, and come with at least a 12-month warranty. Manufacturing date should not be older than 6 months at the time of supply.
The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified. Delivery is expected within 30 days to the SNGPL Stores Department in Multan. All bids must remain valid for at least 60 days from the closing date. Technical literature, authorization letters, and relevant certificates such as GST, NTN, and Professional Tax must accompany the bids.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed specifications and terms available on the EPADS portal. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15% and to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
