Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) invites open bids from reputable firms, companies, or individuals interested in running business operations over PAF land at Nur Khan Base, Rawalpindi. The lease opportunity includes two specific properties: a hoarding structure available for use located at No 103 ALC, PAF Old Airport Road (Chaklala), Rawalpindi, and a shop measuring 10'x19' square feet situated on Dhoke Khabba Road within the PAF Base, Nur Khan.
Interested bidders must physically visit the sites between 1000 to 1600 hours from 19 to 21 October 2026 to assess the properties. The bidding process requires submission of open bids addressed to the Officer Commanding, PAF Base, Nur Khan, accompanied by a valid CNIC photocopy, NTN and GST certificates, and a bid security amount payable via Pay Order: Rs 0.5 Million for the hoarding and Rs 0.3 Million for the shop, payable to the Base Commander Welfare Account.
Open bids will be opened on 29 October 2026 from 1000 to 1300 hours at the Admin Wing, PAF Base Nur Khan. The bid security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after final selection. The successful bidder must deposit security equal to six months' offered rent within 15 days of bid opening. The lease contract will be awarded for a maximum duration of three years.
For site visits and further inquiries, bidders may contact the numbers provided. The Officer Commanding reserves the right to reject or cancel any or all bids with valid reasons.
