LEASE: Rental of PAF A-1 Land for Petrol Pump and Staff Facilities at Hawksbay Road Karachi

PAF Base Masroor invites sealed tenders and quotations from registered firms, companies, and Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for the lease of PAF A-1 Land at Hawksbay Road, Karachi. This opportunity is ideal for established OMCs and experienced firms seeking to operate a petrol pump and associated staff facilities in a prime Karachi location under the administrative control of the Pakistan Air Force. Items being leased: - Petrol Pump with covered area of 4517 Sq Yds at Hawksbay Road, Karachi - Parking, recreational room, and staff facilities with covered area of 1044 Sq Yds at Hawksbay Road, Karachi The technical scope includes the rental of substantial land parcels suitable for petrol pump operations and staff amenities. The contract is initially for five years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and provide an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or involved in litigation. An account maintenance certificate and a bank statement for the last 12 months are required. A security deposit of Rs. 3.0 Million (in favour of O i/c NPF Flt) must be submitted with the financial bid, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Eligible bidders include companies and OMCs with proven experience in similar projects anywhere in Pakistan.
