The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Minchin Abad invites sealed bids through online e-Procurement system from interested Pharmacies / Chain of Pharmacy, having valid (CDSL For -9/A Category) as per new policy. The bidder CDSL should preferably be located within Tehsil or town and must not be outside the health facility district. Centralized Drug sale License form #09/A Category No(4) for framework contract of medicine/surgical disposable items (Day to Day/Bulk)/ Dialysis items for FY 2026-27 as per operational guideline for LP Medicine only by the Government of the Punjab Health & Population Department vide No SO.SO(EP&C)6-5/2025(Misc) and also as per new guideline/policy of INDICATIVE MARKET RATES OF MEDICAL DEVICES FOR LOCAL PURCHASE VIDE LETTER NODG/DCCP/2026/700 DATED 10 JULY 2026. Items include Radiology lab items, Dental & General store, stationary & Printing / IT items for FY 2026-27. Items being procured: - LP Medicine & Surgical Disposable items - Dialysis items - X-Ray Films & Chemicals - Stationary & Printing - General Store & Other Miscellaneous Items - Laboratory & Dental items The bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) procedures specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended up to date) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents and other information from the official website of PPRA or from E-Procurement online portal. Bids should be submitted through online e-Procurement portal system before specified time. If bid is not submitted through online portal for any reason, no excuse is accepted by the Procuring Agency in case of non submission. Bidding documents must be accompanied by a Bid Security valid for 180 days as mentioned in bidding documents, submitted online in favour of Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Minchin Abad. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid or proposal under PPRA rule 35. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the specified date and time as mentioned above.
