Maintenance Support and Licenses Renewal of Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall at Karachi Head

National Investment Trust Limited (NITL) Karachi invites bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services involving maintenance support and licenses/subscriptions renewal of the Next Generation Palo Alto Firewall installed at its Karachi Head Office. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P169806. Items being procured: - Premium Partner Support for Palo Alto Firewall (PAN-PA-850) from December 22, 2026 to December 21, 2027 - Advanced URL Filtering license renewal for the same period - Wildfire License renewal - Threat Prevention license renewal - Global Protect Gateway license renewal The scope includes principle-backed annual maintenance support including parts and labor, and license renewals as per the technical specifications detailed in Annexure I. The firewall is located at NIT Head Office Karachi. Bidders must be authorized partners of the principal manufacturer with a minimum innovator level partnership and provide local maintenance support. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, provision of similar license renewal services to at least three customers over the last two years, and a minimum yearly maintenance agreement value of Rs. 5 million.
