Major Renovation Works of NBP Chak No. 73-JB Branch, R.O Faisalabad

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the major renovation works of NBP Chak No. 73-JB Branch, R.O Faisalabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures - RCC wall and slab dismantling - Relocation of strong room/locker room doors - Shifting of lockers and cash safes - Reinforced cement concrete works (walls, beams, slabs) - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry works - Plaster works - PCC flooring and underfloor concrete - Porcelain tiles (various types and finishes) - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Carpet tiles - Granite skirting, thresholds, stairs, and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions - Wooden doors and partitions - Internal and external paint works - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Gypsum, dumpa, and wooden false ceilings - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, railings - Front elevation tiles and glazing - Safety grills, GI shutters, collapsible doors - Steel doors for ATM, guard room, emergency exit - Wooden wall/column cladding and PVC wall panels - Cash counters and wooden drawers - Termite proofing - Hydraulic door closers and glass door machines - Tuff tiles and fiberglass parking shed - Wooden hanging beams and pelmets - Logo/theme wall - Roof treatment works including insulation, screeding, waterproofing, marble flooring - Main holes, concrete pavers, excavation, earth filling, stone soling, damp proof course - Utility counters, frost paper, NBP logos, stainless steel planters and trash bins - Enamel paint, ramp tiles - Standard strong room door - 3D-view design/drawings - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, GI pipes, valves, hot water heaters, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes, floor traps, cleanouts, rain water gratings - External sewer and manholes with UPVC pipes, gully traps, manholes - Electrical works including wiring, power sockets, conduits, cable containment, data/voice wiring, main/sub main cables - Fittings, fixtures and accessories including lights, fans, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice fixtures - Distribution boards and internal components - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system including chemical and copper plate types - Miscellaneous items including fire extinguishers, parking lights, gate lights, street lights, CCTV wiring The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete renovation as per drawings, specifications, and instructions of the Engineer. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on LCBS basis. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders are advised to carefully examine the site and bidding documents and comply with all requirements. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes resolved by arbitration in Islamabad.
