Major Renovation Works of NBP Islamic Banking Branch, Civic Center, Township, Lahore, R.O Punjab Central

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids for the major renovation works of its Islamic Banking Branch located at Civic Center, Township, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to upgrade and refurbish the branch premises to meet modern standards and operational requirements. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and roof treatment - Removal and relocation of strong room/locker room doors, lockers, and cash safes - Reinforced cement concrete works including walls, beams, lintels, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry works of various thicknesses - Plaster works of different thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring and underfloor - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Carpet tiles - Granite skirting, thresholds, stairs, and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including tempered and wooden framed - Wooden doors, false ceilings (gypsum, dumpa, wooden), wooden rafters, cornices - Aluminum windows, louvers, blinds, railings - Front elevation tiles, glazing, graffiato paint, alucobond cladding - Safety grills, G.I. shutters, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, wooden drawers - Termite proofing, hydraulic door closers, glass door machines - Tuff tiles, fiber glass parking shed - Wooden hanging beams, pelmets, logo/theme wall - Roof treatment including insulation, screeding, waterproofing, marble flooring - Construction of main holes, concrete pavers, excavation, earth filling, stone soling, damp proof course - Utility counters, imported frost paper, NBP logos, stainless steel planters and trash bins - Enamel paint, ramp tiles, clearing and grubbing, removal of damaged plaster - Standard strong room door - 3D-view design and drawings - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, G.I. pipes, valves, hot water heaters, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes construction - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Data, voice, TV wiring, telephone cables, patch panels, racks, and communication equipment - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, phase selector switches - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system including chemical enhanced and copper plate/rod type - Fire extinguishers, car parking and gate lights - CCTV wiring and shifting related works - Air-conditioning works including supply and installation of inverter type wall mounted AC units (1.0 and 1.5 ton), copper piping, frames, ducts, drain piping, removal and reinstallation of existing units - Furniture works including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving and visitor chairs, sofas, center and side tables, reception counters The scope covers all civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and furnishing works as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with PEC category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted as per instructions. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract will be awarded on least cost based selection (LCBS) basis. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding.
