The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per detailed specifications and drawings. The site is located in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 4.0 million in the last three years. Bidders must be registered with FBR, provincial revenue boards, and hold a valid PEC registration in financial category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04.
