Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Main Branch Mirpur (0371) RO Mirpur A.K

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the major renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP Main Branch Mirpur (0371) RO Mirpur A.K. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills - Reinforced cement concrete works including RCC walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions including tempered and wooden frame glass doors - Wooden doors, flush doors, wooden wall and column cladding - PVC wall panels - Cash counters, wooden drawers, termite proofing - Repair work of aluminum windows - Tough tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Wooden hanging beams, cornice, aluminum windows, louvers, roller blinds - Stainless steel railings, safety grills, G.I shutters, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Painting works including plastic emulsion, weather shield, distemper, enamel paint - 3D-view design and drawings - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style W.C., wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, G.I pipes, valves, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes construction - Office furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, credenzas, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, sofas, center and side tables, reception counters - Electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Data, voice and TV wiring with Cat 6E cables, patch panels, racks, telephone junction boxes - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, change over switches - Protective devices and wiring for security systems - Earthing system with copper plates and rods - CCTV wiring - Fire extinguishers - Sign board work including LED lighting and backlit star flex - Air conditioning units of various capacities with installation and shifting of existing units The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary for the complete renovation and refurbishment as per the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Provincial Revenue Board, and have completed at least three similar projects above Rs. 25 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft must be submitted before bid closing. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on a least cost basis. The contract performance guarantee will be 10% of the contract price.
