Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Blue Area Branch (2123) Islamabad FEDC Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP IBB Blue Area Branch (2123) located in Islamabad FEDC Region. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring/wall tiles cladding, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and debris disposal - Plaster work with specified thickness and cement/sand ratios - P.C.C under floor and flooring works with specified thickness and finishes - Porcelain tiles flooring including imported tiles and wooden textured tiles - Skirting tiles - Bathroom tiles floor and wall - Vanity counter with pre-polished granite - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion, weather shield, and distemper paint - Kitchen cabinets made with laminated MDF - Imported synthetic fibre roller blinds - Mild steel safety grills for windows - Wooden wall/column cladding with laminated tactile sheets - Logo/theme wall with chipboard and NBP logo with lights - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.C. and ORISA type W.C. The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to complete the works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and specifications. The site is located at the NBP IBB Blue Area Branch in Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid FBR Active Taxpayer status, Punjab Revenue Authority registration, PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, and experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 1.0 Million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the Engineering Wing North NBP Regional Office, G-5/1, Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement. The performance guarantee is not required for this contract. Delay damages are set at 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the contract price.
