Major Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP Sumbalgah Branch (1683) RO Rawalpindi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP Sumbalgah Branch (1683) Regional Office Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include comprehensive civil works such as dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, cash counters, flooring and wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, MS grills, RCC walls, beams, lintels, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster work, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, laminated floors, carpet tiles, granite skirting and thresholds, glass doors and partitions, wooden doors, aluminum windows and louvers, roller blinds, railings, front elevation works including tiles and glazing, safety grills, GI shutters, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms, wooden wall cladding, PVC wall panels, cash counters, wooden drawers, termite proofing, repair works, glass door machines, tough tiles, parking shed, wooden hanging beams and pelmets, logo/theme wall, roof treatment works including insulation, screeding, waterproofing, marble flooring, main holes, concrete pavers, excavation, earth filling, stone soling, utility counters, imported frost paper, NBP logos, stainless steel planters and trash bins, enamel paint, standard strong room door, 3D-view design/drawings, plumbing fixtures and installation, water supply system including pipes, valves, pumps, soil and waste drainage systems, external sewer and manholes, sundries, branch manager and officer tables, office furniture, electrical wiring and fittings, burglar alarm system, earthing system, fire extinguishers, AC units including inverter type wall mounted units, and shifting/relocation of existing ACs. The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per detailed BOQs and specifications. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, be active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Punjab Revenue Authority, and not blacklisted. Experience of at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4.0 million in the last three years is required. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 15th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Demand Draft must be submitted to the NBP Regional Office, G-5/1 Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price in the form of bank guarantee is required upon award. A pre-bid meeting and clarifications will be conducted via EPADS. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine conditions before bidding. The contract duration is 150 days with liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price for delays. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees as per actual invoice and running bills.
