This contract covers monitoring of all media related to SSGC, Oil & Gas, and the Energy Sector. The scope includes tracking performance of digital campaigns, monitoring content across newspapers, magazines, TV, radio, websites, blogs, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. The firm must provide multilingual tracking in English, Urdu, Roman Urdu, and regional languages like Sindhi, Balochi, and Pashto. Deliverables include regular performance reports, strategic recommendations, round-the-clock monitoring with live dashboard access, and reconciliation of transmission certificates for advertisements. The contract duration is two years with a possible extension to three years based on performance. Eligibility requires the firm to have offices in Karachi, be registered and operational for at least one year, not be blacklisted, and have tracking systems/devices and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
