Procurement of Medicines, Medical Supplies, and Equipment for FY2026-27

The Directorate General Procurement (Army) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of a comprehensive range of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to all eligible bidders who meet the requirements specified in the tender documents. The procurement covers a wide array of pharmaceutical products, injectables, tablets, capsules, medical kits, and related items to be delivered as per the specified schedule. Items being procured: - Ciprofloxacin 125 mg/5 ml bottle of 60 ml suspension (3740 bottles) - Propcyclidine HCL Tab 5 mg (14500 tablets) - Venlafaxine Tab / Cap 75 mg XR (35470 tablets/capsules) - Ketorolac Tromethamine 30 mg (23280 vials) - Topiramate 25 mg Tab (21990 tablets) - Thiocolchicoside 4 mg Cap/Tab (21990 capsules/tablets) - Apixaban 5 mg Tab (55100 tablets) - Topiramate Tab 50 mg (107800 tablets) - Vitamin D 200000 IU Cap (29760 capsules) - Vancomycin HCL 500 mg vial with water for injection (45820 vials) - Beclomethasone dipropionate metered 6mcg / 100 mcg inhaler (21990 inhalers) - Rivaroxaban 15mg Tab (33040 tablets) - Telcoplanin 200 mg vial with water for injection (4850 vials) - Enoxaparin 60 mg (in 6ml) (99160 syringes) - Heparin Inj 5000 Units per ml, Vial of 5 ml (65350 vials) - Mycophenolate Mofetil 500 mg Tab (287970 tablets) - Capsaicin 0.7% Eucalyptus 1.7% Menthol 1.14% Peppermint Oil 0.11% Tube (3380 tubes) - Eplerenone 25mg tab (21600 tablets) - REAGENT KIT, NRAS, REAL TIME PCR, SOLID TUMOURS (Kit, quantity as per schedule) The technical scope includes the supply and delivery of high-quality, registered pharmaceutical products and medical consumables, as per the detailed specifications and quantities listed above. All items must comply with the relevant standards and regulatory requirements. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is required as per the tender documents. Only manufacturers or their authorized distributors are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Directorate General Procurement (Army), Rawalpindi, by 16 September 2026. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 1000 hrs. Late submissions will not be entertained. For best results, ensure all bid documents are complete and that product samples, if required, are clearly labeled and submitted as per instructions.
