Tender Description
Sealed tenders are invited by Military Engineer Services (MES) GHQ Rawalpindi for various repair, maintenance, and renovation works at multiple buildings and locations under CMES (A) GHQ. The tender covers a wide range of civil works including road barriers, security-related works, and fire fighting pump repairs.
The scope includes maintenance and renovation at different buildings, auditoriums, and quarters under MES GHQ Rawalpindi. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have relevant experience. Tender documents will be issued only to qualified firms, and tenders must be submitted by 12 January 2026 at 1150 hrs. The tender opening will occur at 1200 hrs on the same day. Contractors must provide certificates of no litigation and no outstanding reports against them.
