The technical scope includes the provision of standard motorbikes and three-wheelers that meet the hospital’s specifications. Bidders must ensure that the vehicles are in good condition and suitable for hospital use. The procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope method, with the tender opening scheduled at 11:00 am on 17th July 2026 in the hospital’s Conference Room. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to PKR 2000 is mandatory for participation and must be submitted as per the tender documents.
The submission deadline is strictly 10:30 am on 17th July 2026, with the technical and financial bids to be opened immediately after. Bidders are advised to carefully review the tender documents and ensure all required documents, including the CDR and registration certificates, are complete and valid.
