Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) is inviting e-Bids for the balance works of periodic maintenance (structural overlay) at risk and cost of the defaulted contractor for the section KM 920+000 to 929+000 (SBC) on N-5. This opportunity is open to eligible constructors who are registered with the Income Tax Department and are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must possess a valid PEC license for the Financial Year 2026-27 in the required category and specialization codes.

- Balance works of periodic maintenance (structural overlay) at risk and cost of the defaulted contractor, KM 920+000 to 929+000 (SBC) on N-5 (Estimated Cost: PKR 138,494,000, PEC Category: C-4 & above, Codes: CE-01 & CE-10)
The technical scope involves the completion of structural overlay works on the specified section of the N-5 highway, ensuring compliance with NHA standards and specifications. The project requires contractors with experience in large-scale road and infrastructure works, particularly those familiar with overlays and rehabilitation of national highways.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR/ATL, a current PEC license in the specified category and codes, and compliance with the terms and conditions outlined in the bidding documents.
