Tender Description
The Bahria University Health Sciences Campus, Karachi (Bahria University) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Power Lab / Lab Tutor Software specifically for the Physiology Department at their Karachi campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the educational laboratory experience for students by providing modern, interactive software solutions.

- Power Lab / Lab Tutor Software (Quantity: 1)
The software is a laboratory-based education platform designed to be used with PowerLab, enabling educators to create custom experiments for students. It provides access to an online library of high-quality lessons that can be tailored to suit laboratory courses. Developed with advanced technology, it offers a modern lab experience for both educators and students.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess NTN and GST/SST registration where applicable, and have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Bidders should provide satisfactory performance certificates from recognized public or private institutes in Pakistan. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration is required. The delivery and installation of the software must be completed within 60 days.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The original bid security must be physically submitted to Bahria University Health Sciences Campus Karachi, Sailor Street, Adjacent PNS Shifa DHA Phase - II, Karachi before the deadline. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and to carefully follow the bid submission instructions to avoid disqualification.
