Provision of Premium Corporate Lounge Services at Special Investment Facilitation Council

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) Islamabad invites electronic bids from well-reputed, experienced firms, premium café operators, and high-end hospitality contractors for the provision of Premium Corporate Café/Lounge Services at SIFC, PMO. This service is intended for officials and corporate clients at subsidized rates for staff welfare. Items being procured: - End to end operation of a premium corporate lounge - Provision of commercial barista equipment - Professional staff - Premium beverages and light accompaniments The scope of work includes managing a premium corporate lounge serving foreign and local investors, ensuring high standards of hospitality and service quality. The contract period is valid from the date of signing until 30 June 2027, with possible extensions subject to approval and PPRA rules. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earnest Money in the form of a bid security amounting to Rs. 300,000 (Three Lacs) is mandatory, payable via bank draft or pay order in favor of Deputy Director (General), SIFC. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded online, and the original submitted before bid closing. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal by 12 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. No physical or hard copy financial bids will be accepted. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM at the SIFC office.
