Prequalification of Firms for Civil and Miscellaneous Works at Trade Development Authority of Pakistan Lahore Office

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), a statutory autonomous body under the Government of Pakistan, invites eligible firms to prequalify for civil and miscellaneous works at its Lahore office. This prequalification aims to identify competent contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, or other relevant revenue authorities. Items being procured: - Civil and miscellaneous works at TDAP Lahore office The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and TDAP's regulations. Firms must submit a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan at the time of bid opening. E-Bidding documents including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website at www.vendors.epads.gov.pk. All prequalification documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, September 04, 2026, 11:00 AM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. TDAP reserves the right to reject any or all bids and annul the bidding process at any time with reasons communicated to bidders as per procurement rules.
