Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites national suppliers to prequalify for the procurement of Microsoft Licenses through an Open Framework Agreement for a period of three years. This prequalification is a mandatory step before participation in subsequent bidding processes and signing of framework agreements with successful bidders. The procurement involves supply and delivery of Microsoft Licenses to a specified Admin Portal account, followed by physical verification and integration with PSO's existing Microsoft Admin Portal. The vendor will also be responsible for installation and configuration activities as per PSO requirements and resolving any related issues.
Items being procured:
- Microsoft Licenses (quantity and specifications as per call-off contracts)
The scope includes labor, transportation, and all material charges related to delivery and integration. Licenses will be procured on an as-needed basis through call-off contracts issued by PSO. Delivery will be subject to approval by PSO's ICT Department before acceptance. Partial payments against part deliveries are allowed. Vendors must be authorized Microsoft licensing partners in Pakistan and meet eligibility criteria including valid NTN, GST certificates, and no blacklisting by PSO or other firms. Financial strength, past performance, personnel capabilities, and HSE compliance will be evaluated as part of the prequalification.
The prequalification documents are available electronically via the SAP Ariba portal at https://tenderpso.com.pk:8022/TenderNotices.aspx. Interested applicants must submit their applications electronically through SAP Ariba by 02 September 2026 at 2:15 PM, with opening of applications at 3:00 PM the same day.
