Prequalification for Provision of Repair & Maintenance Services of Generators with Parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and Its Offices

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Head Office Lahore, invites applications for prequalification of firms and vendors for the provision of repair and maintenance services of generators with parts at RHO NADRA Lahore and its offices located in Lahore and various districts including Sialkot, Gujranwala, Narowal, Kasur, Okara, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Wazirabad, and others. This prequalification is for establishing a Closed Framework Agreement for one year, under which successful firms will receive call-off quotations for on-demand supply of goods and services related to generator repair and maintenance. Items being procured include repair and maintenance services along with OEM parts for multiple generator models and capacities such as 5 KVA Honda, Yamaha, Energy Plus, Jasco, Midas; 9 KVA Perkins; 10 KVA Perkins; 13 KVA Perkins; 15 KVA Millat; 20 KVA Iman Group; 30 KVA Millat; 50 KVA Millat; 60 KVA Perkins; 150 KVA Millat; 160 KVA Aqsa; 220 KVA Cummins; 350 KVA Cummins; 400 KVA Samford (VPL) and Perkins; and 750 KVA Caterpillar. The detailed list of parts includes air cleaners, camshafts, bearings, carbon holders, engine blocks, starters, flywheels, governors, spark plugs, silencers, valves, oil filters, alternator rewinding, battery charging, machining jobs, engine overhauling labor charges, and many other OEM components and services. The scope covers repair and maintenance services at NADRA RHO Lahore and its field offices. The contract duration is one year with quantities subject to change based on NADRA requirements or financial constraints. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, NTN and sales tax registration verified from FBR, PRA registration, and an undertaking on stamp paper certifying no debarment. Bidders must submit applications in sealed envelopes to the Director Admin, RHO NADRA Lahore, 73-Trade Center M.A Johar Town Lahore by 29 September 2026 at 1100 hrs. Applications will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs. Technical evaluation will be lot-wise including all sub-items. The financial bid will be inclusive of all applicable taxes with a minimum validity of 120 days. The lowest evaluated bid as a complete package will be accepted. The successful bidder must deliver goods and services within one week of call-off orders. Payments will be made after successful completion and inspection.
