Tender Description
Federal Government Organization (FGO) Azad Jammu & Kashmir Muzaffarabad invites prequalification bids from reputed contractors, firms, and suppliers registered with SECP, FBR, and relevant authorities for the repair and maintenance of transport and official vehicles/motorcycles. The work includes repair and maintenance tasks such as spare parts replacement, repair and maintenance, batteries, wheel alignment, denting/painting, electrical work, AC service, and tyre maintenance.

The prequalification is for the fiscal year 2026-2027 and will be conducted through an Open Framework Agreement under Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered with SECP as a company or business and included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) maintained by FBR. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per Pakistan tax laws. Successful bidders must furnish a security deposit of Rs. 25,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of DDO AJK RHQ IBD, Muzaffarabad, refundable upon contract expiry.
Proposals can be submitted both electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) and as a hard copy at the office address by 02 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding documents and instructions are available on the PPRA website and EPADS portal.
