Printing of Electricity Consumer Bill Forms for SEPCO Sukkur

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) Sukkur invites bids from eligible printing firms and suppliers for the printing of Electricity Consumer Bill forms through EPADS Version 2.0 on an FCS basis with free delivery to consignee’s stores. This procurement is specifically for SEPCO’s Regional Stores at Rohri and Larkana. The items being procured include: - Bill Form (General Batches): A5 Size Indonesia Made Wood-Free High Finished Offset Paper, 80 GSM, 3,600,000 sheets required, totaling 7,200,000 bill forms, packed in 1800 boxes (2000 sheets per box), 2 bills per sheet as per sample - Bill Form (MDI Batches): A5 Size Indonesia Made Wood-Free High Finished Offset Paper, 80 GSM, 360,000 sheets required, totaling 720,000 bill forms, packed in 180 boxes (2000 sheets per box), 2 bills per sheet as per sample The technical scope involves high-quality offset printing on specified paper with strict adherence to sample specifications. Delivery is free to consignee stores, ensuring logistics are managed by the supplier. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Participation is open to WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/NGC registered and non-registered firms meeting eligibility criteria in the bidding documents. The procurement follows the PPRA Rule 36(a) under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0 by 29th July 2026 before 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Banker Cheque from any scheduled bank of Pakistan is mandatory. The bid validity period is 90 days plus an additional 28 days for the bank instrument.
